Sadly i had to quit the gym..

I have been workinf hard from past 20 days. But finally my lower back is not allowing me to continue. The pain is there and i can't do much, have tried everything to make it go away but it doesn't.

Ahh my efforts went in vain again.. but sadly i had to pass on now.

Some of my friends did this and nothing else has returned to the first day after surgery, do this with lots of consultation and caution.

Dont know.. maybe its weaken .. and after two years i dnt think it's repaired .. and i m scared of doing any kind of xray.. maybe something is there which needs to operate nd i dnt want tht to happen 🥲
