According to Baruch Spinoza - Dutch philosopher of 17th century, "peace" does not mean the lack of war; Rather, it is a virtue that derives from the power of life, and just as freedom does not mean not being imprisoned, peace does not mean the lack of war. Also, the concept of peace should not be confused with fire, because "peace" means ending the conflict and cutting off war.
