The process can be long, and finding the right candidate can take many weeks. It takes up your time and focus and as a founder, you know how precious time and focus are. Getting it wrong can be painful. The wrong people can push customers away, take the product in the wrong direction, or introduce a negative culture.

In the crypto industry, it is even harder. Not only do you need experts in their fields; you also need people who speak and understand crypto. Crypto natives are hard to find. Crypto natives understand the technical side of it, relate to the community aspects, and are inspired by the vision. We just get it.
