@jacek I believe we will have an update on this? 
Banned along with several other effective members of the community, serious artists who have been building here for a long time. I see many others besides myself, like @ricardotakamura @hind @manuwilliams @ciberdelia @ottis @maheshb @nftsariyildiz @nasimghanizade @alistarphoto @negar-sepehr @victoresteves.eth @zosphotos and many others, what happened?

@jacek, I understand that you are targeting the farmers but it seems that the shot hit the heart of the community. This needs to be reviewed

If you missed the call with @jacek and @burrrrrberry and are just finding out that your account is currently banned for $Degen tips then please read this post.

3 categories of users have been banned, most fall into category 3:

1. Accounts which have removed >60% of their allowance through McDegen.
2. Accounts who exploited an allowance glitch.
3. Accounts with a high % of "tips reciprocated" meaning that you tipped people back when they tipped you.

There will be some form of appeal process coming so please stay tuned to the Degen channel for more info on this.

Thanks Morbeck! This actually makes me feel better seeing that it wasn’t just me but others who are reputable artists in the community. Clearly this must be a mistake. 🤍

Wow this is crazy! There’s no more space for artists on FC? I still don’t get the logic behind the ban thing. If they get huge tipping is just because they’re artists. Of course artists get tipped, we’re the only people who spread beauty around.

I have not been banned but there's a lot of legit artists in this thread that I've been tipping over the recent months that have made Farcaster a great place and something different from the other social media sites. Mainly because of Degen.

Please revert this change and please @dwr.eth @v talk some sense into @jacek.
