"My morning routine starts with waking up at 6:00 AM and stretching for 10 minutes. Then, I drink a full glass of water and meditate for 15 minutes to clear my mind. Next, I exercise for 30 minutes, either yoga or a brisk walk. After that, I shower and get dressed. I have a healthy breakfast, usually oatmeal with fruits, and plan out my day's tasks. Finally, I review my schedule and set reminders before starting my day feeling refreshed and focused."
