Laut Ulrich Vorsgerau hilft hier wohl nur eine #Normenkontrollklage gegen das beabsichtigte Gesetz. Dafür sind im BT 158 Stimmen (25 % von 630) erforderlich.
Hoffentlich hat sich das bis zur AfD rumgesprochen. Aber ich glaube, die sind auch scharf auf Rüstung (und Wehrpflicht).
