Hey I am having a lot of transactions stuck in pending so my token balance seems to be 0. Have quite a lot of money in pending, how can I solve this?

So I was bridging via relay bridge. 

Well the pending tx are just swaps on proxy swaps.. 

Who do I reach out to at relay bridge?

Were you bridging via Relay bridge just before the chain went down?

0xf70da97812CB96acDF810712Aa562db8dfA3dbEF is Relay's address and I see it in your transactions.

If so, please reach out to them, your funds may be stuck there.
