Saved this AKAI setup from my dad’s basement from going to the dump. It barely works but I LOVE the aesthetic and I’ll eventually get it going. The knobs and switches feel so good to use - they don’t make hardware like this anymore. If I was born a decade earlier I would have been a radio geek instead of a computer geek.

Here it is real tech, the grass is greener, the air is cleaner..... I have a Japanese deck that's 37 years old and it's still working
