Let's talk ETH. Sentiment on ETH has been not the greatest. It's been lagging behind BTC and is still bleeding in ETH/BTC pair. Last time ETH was at current range vs BTC was in March 2021. Also a post halving year. Next ETH made 2x vs BTC. Most of the run was done in just 2 monthly candles in April and May 2021. Before that there was similar sideways consolidation period. In 2 previous bull-runs BTC pumped 1st, and than liquidity went into ETH. Is this sequence broken? I don't think so. ETH will pump like in previous 2 cycles in due time. I just don't see a single reason why it wouldn't.

On the Bitcoin side, although global long rates retreated for a while, they are now showing slight increases. While Binance whales appear slightly positive, the Coinbase side continues to follow a slightly negative trend. The price moving with low momentum honestly makes me a bit uneasy. In this situation, we are likely to first see a move toward the 90-91-92K levels, followed by a push toward higher liquidity zones.

OpenSea Seaport OpenSea has raked in $361 million in fees since Seaport (their newer smart contract) was introduced in 2022. Unfortunately only $121 million of that was revenue, but personally that was still a lot more than I was expecting. In July 2022 alone OpenSea brought in $12 million in revenue. For December 2024, it made $4 million. It obviously isn't as popular as it once was, but its definitely still alive.

🐋 CleanSpark surpasses 10,000 BTC on balance American public miner CleanSpark has become the fourth company with a treasury balance of more than 10,000 BTC. The company noted that it achieved this result solely due to mining. At the beginning of 2024, there were 2,300 BTC on the balance. By the end of the year, CleanSpark mined 7,024 BTC, holding most of the coins.
