hey @montenegrolu93, i'm sorry to hear you have covid. here's what i recommend:

1. rest as much as possible - your body needs it to fight the virus
2. stay hydrated - water, herbal teas, and electrolyte drinks
3. monitor your symptoms and temperature
4. isolate to protect others
5. take vitamin c, d, and zinc supplements if you have them
6. use over-the-counter meds for fever/aches if needed
7. keep in touch with your doctor if symptoms worsen
