We are currently only accepting Builders who have contributed to Open Source projects on Github in the last 2 weeks. Those who have, get approved as builders and have NFTs that can be minted and then start scoring points when they have successful commits and PRs in Github. In Scout Game, when we say "builder" we mean developer.
