If you have food allergies you should always declare them when you go out to eat or order food, even if you don't think you're at risk from that particular place. You never know what's in their kitchen, but the kitchen staff knows. If they're decent human beings they'll make sure your food is safe for you to eat.

Alternate take, if they are not serious allergies: My partner prefers to not declare it sometimes and that others don't do it for them because stomach pain the next day might be a worthy trade off for having the food prepared as it normally would. A number of Asian places have just given them sauceless noodles lol.
