Today, I found myself thinking about the word “COURAGE”
A word that carries a heavy weight of emotion, strength, and inner depth.
Sometimes we think courage is only about fighting or standing up for our rights, 
but sometimes, courage means standing face to face with pain.
It means accepting a bitter truth
It means continuing on, even on the days when every part of you is screaming,”That’s enough! “
Courage means being kind when your heart is broken.
Courage isn’t always about shouting out loud
Sometimes it’s just about breathing in silence and smiling in the heart of the storm.

Courage
is not always about roaring.
Courage
is sometimes the quiet voice
that says
at the end of the day
I will try again tomorrow
