the Terracotta Army of China, an awe-inspiring collection of thousands of life-sized clay soldiers, horses, and chariots. These figures were buried with the first Emperor of China, Qin Shi Huang, around 210–209 BCE, as part of his grand mausoleum. The Terracotta Army was discovered in 1974 near Xi'an, and it remains one of the most significant archaeological finds of the 20th century. Each soldier in this massive army is unique, with distinct facial features, expressions, and armor, reflecting the diversity and individuality of the warriors in the emperor’s real army.
