After the Bybit hack (February 21, 2025), hackers from the North Korean group Lazarus stole 499,000 ETH (~$1.4 billion) and laundered it through THORChain. 🫡 In five days, the transaction volume on the protocol jumped to $2.91 billion, bringing it $3 million in fees. Well, ThorChain only has $197 million left to pay off its debt to creditors... 😄
