Until yesterday, I thought there was a problem with the #Clankermon platform because I purchased the same two tokens twice, but after the purchase, those tokens weren’t credited to my Clankermon account, and I couldn’t resell them at a higher price. I contacted Clankermon support, and after reviewing my account, they said the tokens I bought were fraudulent and that I wouldn’t be able to sell them. They then credited my account with some $Clankermon tokens worth $50. I found their response very humane, as they weren’t obligated to do so, and the problem was on my end. I’m very grateful to them. #clankermon @matthewfox
