We’re moving from: “How do we represent RWAs on chain?” to: “How do we rebuild blockchain so it can speak the language of real-world finance, law, and ownership?” Imagine a smart contract that doesn’t just transfer tokens, but enforces UCC Article 9 or Basel III risk-weighted compliance by default. We have to encode legal frameworks and economic primitives as executable state machines. New paradigm should be: Blockchain = Legally-aware operating system for real-world capital flows. So when people ask: “Is this just securities on blockchain?” The answer is: No. This is programmable law meeting programmable money at Layer 1. What if we analyze legal off chain contracts in executable functions of on chain Smart contracts. Thinking to write some example contracts to open source. Inspired from ERC 3643. Any thoughts? @ethereum @solana @arbitrum @zksync @swellnetworkio #RWA #BlockchainInfra #ZKCompliance g#TokenEngineering #LegalTech #CryptoLaw #Solana #Ethereum #ERC3643 #Web3Finance
