Today’s lunch: Pork Fillets scallops with turnips First of all, cut a pork fillet into small pieces. Then pass it in a little flour and leave it for a few minutes. Heat 30/40 grams of butter in a large pan. Add the pork and cook for about 5 minutes per side. Clean the turnip tops, wash them well and put them in a separate pan, cover with the lid, with a drizzle of oil and a clove of garlic. When they have softened, add a glass of water and let it cook for 10/15 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce for the pork, once you have placed the pork in a deep dish, add a glass of white wine, squeeze 1 lemon, and a bay leaf to the butter. Leave it on a low heat until it becomes thick as you like. Pour the sauce over the pork. And voilà, enjoy your meal. My plate is sauce less because of the diet 😅
