This doesn’t depends on your casting but it depends on the engagement your cast receives, the more you get replyked on your cast the more rank you achieve. So it isn’t just about quantity but it depends on the quality and engagement you get.

For example if you only cast once a day and it goes viral with 100+ views and 10 recasts + comments that one cast will be better than your 10-20 casts with 0 engagement. But keep in mind spam listed users and newly bot accounts doesn’t helps your engagement ratio on your casts.
