I had to limit the users bot replies because of the rate limits. 

If you tipped me 200 $DEGEN in the month of April, the bot will reply to your tips.

This filter helped me decrease the user count from 20,000 to 500, allowing smooth and uninterrupted service.

It's proven that the bot can't serve 20k users due to rate limits of the hubs. 

You can't post more than X casts in an hour/day, etc., so I had to limit it.

You can still use the frame, cast action, or the API. They are available for all.
