Oh, where can I tell my problem, I don't have 2500 RARE, but I had about 600 RARE tip, which is no more.

It says you are not eligible for tipping in the frame 🤔 are you holding 2500 $RARE?  if so maybe you should file a bug report,  I think they have a forum just for tip bugs
