Got an idea from @atown to build a fortune cookie mini-app. 

So, I teamed up with @0xbhaisaab to build it over the weekend.  As I was converting it to a mini-app, I recorded it quickly to walk you through how to setup @base MiniKit, deploy to vercel and add notifications.
