Self-sovereign identities and credentials should be a future where you don't need any resumes at all... You should be able to "retrieve" the real on-chain information about yourself within a blink of an eye, imo.

One of the key things for me about DAOs and their autonomy is the fact, that they have to work just like they had worked before regardless of the community composition changes. Skillset can change - the process has to adapt. It has to be flexible.
