I somehow got into this failure to master things vibe today. 

And we were just talking about that with @trigs today too.

It's just amazing how much more value you can create and give once you have failed enough.

We call it an experience, but deep down we all know that the experience is just the number of failures you have done on your path. The more you fail, the more material for realignment you have.

And then there's only one small matter that differentiates leaders from followers. Leaders learn and realign while followers just repeat the same mistakes over and over again.

And then once again - knowledge management becomes an important part of what we are and what we do. Only by managing (analysing and reflecting) all those experiences and lessons that we get, we are able to move forward and create something better.
