One of my favorites! š¤© š„¢ Chinese-Style Chicken with Veggies & Soy Sauce Per serving: Calories: 734 kcal | Protein: 50 g | Carbs: 81 g | Fat: 24 g --- š Ingredients (1 serving): š„¦ Broccoli ā 100 g š§ Garlic ā 1 clove š Jasmine rice ā 50 g (dry) š« Bell peppers ā 80 g š„ Carrot ā 50 g š¢ļø Sesame oil ā 4.5 g š§ Sesame seeds ā 4.5 g š„ Soy sauce ā 1.5 tbsp šÆ Honey ā 1.5 tbsp š Chicken breast ā 150 g š„ Cashews ā 27 g š¶ļø (Optional) Black pepper --- šØāš³ Prep: 1. Marinate: Cut chicken, mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, pepper. Let sit 15 min. 2. Rice: Cook jasmine rice as directed. 3. Veggies: Blanch broccoli 2 min, cool in cold water. Chop peppers & carrots. 4. Stir-fry: Cook chicken 3ā4 min until golden. Remove. Stir-fry veggies 3 min in same pan. Add soy sauce + honey, mix. Return chicken, add cashews. 5. Serve: Plate rice. Top with chicken & veggies. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
