mOde'thenics journal 25/05/06 --- Found a new way to stay on track with all the pains I've got. Amazing outdoor calisthenics park is by the lake 2.5 km away from home. So my morning routine now includes a bicycle ride to that place and back. That's a perfect beginning of the day. Back and elbow pains are still there... Sadly, I still have to work around them, but it is what it is. Never stop!
