This is something we both were appreciated long before we met each other. 

In my personal experience transparency and honesty were the traits that helped me to survive the most harsh situations in my life.

We believe that transparency builds trust and trust builds efficiency. Therefore we are here to be transparent no matter what. This is why we call it radical.

Data-driven is the third value of Nearchos.

This one was developed with experience over time.

Spontaneous decisions lead to other spontaneous decisions, and those lead to other spontaneous decisions. While it can lead to something valuable, usually it leads to chaos.

To change that we decided that everything we do has to be based on data. And that's one of the reasons we started Mood Maps research. Data is the first thing before taking decisions and making actions.
