You guys need to work with PayPal to get their PYUSD stablecoin onto Base. Imagine the amount of users who have a PayPal checking account, instant access onchain for free (should be free). A great way to onboard tons of new users without relying on just Coinbase users.

3) a better and more trusted fiat-to-crypto onramp.

If im not mistaken, PYUSD is currently struggling in comparison to other stables, this will be a great way to 1) get users easily onchain 2) foster a relationship with PayPal, which is much needed in this industry.
