Ibrahimovic, Ted Lasso, Messi at Miami, Welcome to Wrexham, World Cup 2026 - and more? So many things contributing to the rise of popularity of soccer in America. I’m here for it. I want to see an American soccer team with the talent and athleticism of the NBA All Star team. 🙏

I think one of the things that hold soccer back in America is their Youth Development. The current cost for academies are through roof, which scare off a lot people from playing. But I have a good feeling for the IS in the future

This is so true! If you want to play at the highest levels of soccer in America it costs $3000 to $5000 per year. And it is producing talent that is not capable of starting consistently on the top European clubs.

That’s interesting. I didn’t know that. I wonder if the rise of MLS could force that to change??
