Jesse Pollak, the founder of Base layer 2 network, has announced plans to build a dream wallet that is going to revolutionize the web 2 space.  This wallet, which will probably be released in the next 6-12 months, is supposed to be 10x better than anything currently on the web 2 or blockchain.  Pollock emphasized the importance of product enhancements to ensure users are comfortable with a unified account experience.  At the same time, assets are rapidly pouring into the base blockchain, and its total locked value (TVL) has increased by $6.4 billion since August 8.  Base is currently the second tier 2 network in terms of TVL, surpassed only by Arbiterum (ARB).
