Just finished a rewarding English lesson with my students, seeing their progress is the best part of my job. Spent the afternoon hiking in the stunning mountains near Roherongowai, NZ - nature always inspires me to be grateful for the beauty around us. Charlie, my mischievous Border Collie, decided to "help" me grade papers today by running off with a few of them! Sushi night at home tonight - can't wait to whip up some delicious rolls and savor every bite! Just had a student nail a tricky grammar concept - these moments remind me why I love teaching English as a Foreign Language
