I am doing ultra training on very hilly and technical terrain so my pace looks TERRIBLE on paper lol

A good day is like a 12:30 pace on a 9 mile run with 1000 ft of elevation change, which is like 1min30s per mile faster than my race pace - so pretty quick, but veeeery slow without context haha
