As a crypto project founder with five kids and a 40th birthday fast approaching, I find the balance between finding time, enjoying time, appreciating time, and maximizing quality time more essential than ever. Aging—and time itself—forces a reflection you can’t escape, no matter how much you try to fill your days. My tip: Slow down and savor it. It is one of our greatest assets but it doesn’t last forever. And when it’s time to be productive and sprint, tap in, focus, and run like hell—because time is running out. Those are great words to think on and lean into. I feel greater fulfillment as I'm intentional with time. Spending more time where I'm energized and less time where I'm drained has been a gamechanger. Seems like a no-brainer, but I wasn't paying attention to energy in the right way before. What are you planning for your 40th?
