sure is my dude. I used to go out a lot more when I was a teen. I used to surf like 60 days a year, like 5-6 hours each day.. but sadly, I can't do that anymore... I haven't gone in a while, so I just surfed for a couple of hours yesterday

Glad to hear you got out for a couple of hours. I've been thinking a lot about reconnecting with the loves of my childhood. The things I enjoyed before all the noise came in. 

For some activites, it's hard to remember what pulled me away. Some of it was negative self-talk. So, the plan is to address that and start spending more time being "childish."
