4/300 what's your goal for this year? i'm aiming at 300 workouts including weekend runs and longer than 30 min other sports matches. This means i'll rest almost (but not all) sundays 馃敟 last year i worked out 280 days.

That's an amazing goal building on last year. You have so much drive and dedication. Health wise, I'm training myself that every decision should consider wellness. Does this help me be well or not? If not, I do something else. So far, it's working pretty good.

I've learned the hard way that discipline is the only thing that can differentiate me from everyone else. I don't have the perfect build or the perfect state of mind, but I can have the perfect discipline! Your new mental set up seems like a pretty awesome decision. I can see you won't regret it. I did the same last year.
