Many moons ago, I made a bucket list of extraordinary travel adventures like diving the Great Barrier Reef, hiking the Appalachian Trail and gorilla trekking in Rwanda.

It motivated life-changing experiences, and lessons in humility, gratitude, and kinship. Travel is one of the best teachers.

After years of saving, I finally took a step toward checking off the next item. 🌴🦍🌴

Flights to Rwanda are booked, and the countdown begins—178 days until take-off!

🦍 Tour company and stops are locked in!

Stops include the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for gorilla trekking, Queen Elizabeth National Park for a land and water safaris, and Lake Bunyonyi for rest and relaxation. Those adventures will be sandwiched between time in Kigali. Should be an amazing trip across Rwanda and Uganda. 🌍

Still have a long to-do list to prepare. Will keep ya posted.
