What's your goal? What would you do? And which location?

I took a long weekend in solitude for my birthday this year. Rented a quiet airbnb, turned off the phone and did the most random things to my heart's content.

Reading, dancing, meditating, stretching, daydreaming. Started talking to the plants tho... 🪴💚

Getting away and reconnecting with nature helps a bunch. And a month feels like a reasonable time to reset and re-evaluate.

A few years ago I went on a week-long silent retreat. It wasn't hard to be quiet, and it's amazing what silence does for the mind. Going back into the everyday noise was tough.

Are you planning for any time away? Sounds like it would do a lot of good. 💚

My goal is not to be arrested and get as far as I can from a heart attack (i'm actually pretty close!). I want to become unreachable, smell the grass, enjoy the sun, listen to the animals. Just the opposite of what I do. Currently, for example, there's a football training on the neighbor. I could be doing the same as they are, bc they seem in my house. 

I am so annoyed.
