Congrats on the power badge, keeping it and getting more art in our feeds! You persisted and you made it happen. I think many people, especially those joining without frens here, struggle to find their footing while figuring out how to be seen. I fondly remember my first days and appreciate those who walked me through what to do. I don't have many followers, but I'm content with the engagement I have. It's genuine and fun, and I'm learning something new every day. My major hope is that everyone here can do what they're pulled to do - build, create, educate, entertain, socialize - and be compensated for those efforts that create value. Honestly it's better to know that most of your followers are probably folx. I have a sneaking suspicion that tho notabot says 45% of those who follow me are bots; it's more than. I’m grateful & shook every day that I have my badge Mondays are still a nail-biter. I hope that with the weeks to come I can go back to posting less & get better results. (at my second storage unit currently) You are always welcome to post & engage with /wac which my hope is finally my friend @squishna got his badge that some of the others will this week too. Without @awedjob.eth & reaching out to people like @debbie since I was getting buried in /thehugxyz. After I was able to get her attention & be more visible created a world of difference. Sometimes those small acts of kindness can really help propel others. Side note that really helps engage organically with other artists & one of my fav collab channels run by @bluecockatoo is /blend-o-rama if you do any AI or just want to share some of your photos as a base.

It's been nice getting to know people and I suspect it gets more challenging with more followers, and especially getting a bunch every week. I have a list of people who helped me when I started and I'll keep trying to pay that forward. Those using their power for good are the real heros for sure. And thanks so much for alll the channel recommendations. I'll check them out. I subbed and look forward to your future articles!

It's so true, still only a handful, probably about the amount that I follow back, or the ones that I interact with the most. I don't interact with most of the 300+ people I follow, but let's be honest. Even that, I would love to, you know, interact with more people, given time constraints and everything else. Yet, you know, it's funny how you can have the setting that says you want to unfollow these people that you haven't spoken to in a while. And sometimes, I see my hand run over it, but I just go down the list and I see who isn't connected to me elsewhere, and I just try to figure it out that way.
