Topic of the day ✍️ Consistency: The Secret Ingredient to Success What’s one habit you’ve stuck with that has made the biggest difference in your life? We often overestimate what we can achieve in a day and underestimate what we can accomplish over months or years with consistent effort. Whether it’s a fitness routine, a skill you’re mastering, or just showing up for yourself every day, consistency compounds over time in ways we rarely expect. What’s been your experience? Great topic! When thinking over longer periods of time, accomplishments are way more obvious. To set goals and work towards them, changes the trajectory in a meaningful way. One small thing, regularly, makes a difference. I set goals yearly and revisit them almost every day. Task lists help me stay focused and use free time wisely. I'm planning to try reframing my goal setting toward longer timeframes to promote less stress and more expansive dreams.

This is sounds really amazing! Daily goals and task lists are a great way to stay on track and also, shifting to longer timeframes is an awesome way to dream bigger without stressing.
