Discovered that my in-laws have snails as pets under their rhododendron! π Is this normal? π Anyone else keeping these slimy friends as quirky pets? π

Interesting. I recently noticed snails in my garden. They're quite small with purple white shells. Believe they were transplants from a new garden soil I used. I think they're pretty cool. Your in-laws' snails are pretty big. I guess they are eating good meals.

I think itβs just a big race. They bring them home from the forest and stuff and put them there ππ

Oh wow! They seem happy in their new home. I think healthy gardens have plenty of living things - some we see, some we can't and some we like more than others. π I bought some worms from a pet store and put them in my garden. They multiplied quickly and I can't dig without seeing worms now. And my plants love them.
