Is there a credible solution to the LLM hallucination problem? Any interesting research papers or discussions on this?

Seems like since it happens rarely, multiple LLMs working together should be able to detect them. I don’t understand why we keep applying one LLM when our own minds use multiple models.

i don’t think it’s rare, the more complex topics quickly come with wrong answers on even the best models some related research btw https://cookbook.openai.com/examples/developing_hallucination_guardrails?utm_source=chatgpt.com https://www.businessinsider.com/openai-searching-bugs-code-generated-chatgpt-criticgpt-sam-altman-2024-7?utm_source=chatgpt.com
