According to a revised prospectus (S-1) submitted to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday evening, Ark's name has been removed from the spot Ethereum ETF application submitted by the company in collaboration with 21Shares. The name of the fund has been changed from Ark 21Shares Ethereum ETF to 21Shares Core Ethereum ETF. ARK spokesperson stated via email that currently, ARK will not advance the development of Ethereum ETFs.
