got a great vibe from them but the terms aren’t ideal

Best thing: everything about being a startup. First time founder, thought I knew what I was doing/speed I was working at. Completely wrong. 
Worst thing: found out co-founders weren't as committed as me.

For me, it was worth it. The mentoring, support, network is amazing.

Regarding the terms, don't look at it as a market metric. I didn't have any VCs say "well techstars value your company at 330k" because they know TS or YC terms aren't market terms.
