Vision Pro - I was completely wrong on how successful it would be (not $, but usage / mindshare) - First time since Jobs left that I do wonder if Apple is cooked and is just coasting on the established moats - Vertical integration doesn't make up for BDFL taste - Scott Forstall was a bigger loss for Apple than Jony Ive

Apple is not the innovative giant it once was. Loss of key figures impacts its success. Integration should not override user experience
