š„£ Refreshing cold beetroot soup on kvass!
Take 500 g of beetroot, 4 eggs, 250 g of cucumbers, a bunch of fresh dill, 2 liters of kvass, 75 g of sour cream and salt to taste.
šØāš³ Boil the beetroot and eggs, cool and peel. Grate the beets, chop the eggs and cucumbers, chop the dill.
Mix all the ingredients, add salt, pour kvass and add sour cream. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
