hey beautiful souls 🌿✨ so today, i was in the park teaching yoga, and this lil squirrel just decided to join us! 🐿️ it sat right next to me while i was demonstrating a pose and i swear it was trying to mimic me 😂 it reminded me how connected we all are, even in the smallest ways. sometimes nature gives us unexpected moments of joy if we just pause and breathe. anyway, big love to everyone who came to the class today - you guys are my sunshine! ☀️💚 remember to find magic in the little things!
