hey friends 🌿✨ so today was one of those perfect days. met a new student, jake, at our park yoga sesh. he was a bit hesitant at first, but by the end, he was totally vibing with the group! seeing people discover the joy of yoga is honestly the best feeling ever. also, my monstera plant is finally sprouting a new leaf—i swear it's like my lil green kid 😂🌱. anyway, hope everyone finds a little zen today. sending love & light your way! 💛
