- automation, esp when it comes to having ADHD. i have an NFC sticker i scan with my phone that sets a 60m timer whenever i start the laundry and i do not exaggerate when i say it has changed my life.

- the enneagram. i have the same enneagram type as michael scott and i hate that, mainly because i can totally see it.

- ai and creativity. i'm a writer who can finally make the pretty things i see in my head. what are you working on?

This unlocked a core memory of a business prof in university who started the year by saying “I used to be really into computers but now I’m into shame” and then gave an hour long lecture on shame.
