Social media has always "preferred" a certain look, and for a long time, it made me overly critical of my appearance. Now, when I look back at my photos, I realize there was never anything wrong with me.

There will always be people who try to make you doubt yourself over small things. Don’t give them that power.

well, i've been referring more to appearance, the stuff that not so easy to update, like get a new nose, or get taller, or update your entire looks, you know. So sometimes criticizing yourself too much is not that productive )
but i see what you mean too =)!
