My book recommendation is "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. This simple yet powerful book offers four agreements that can significantly improve our lives. The author shares these principles to help us overcome negativity, stress, and unnecessary suffering: 1. Be impeccable with your word - Avoid using your words negatively or deceitfully. 2. Don’t take anything personally - Don’t assume that other people’s opinions or actions are about you. 3. Don’t make assumptions - Avoid making assumptions about what others are thinking or doing. 4. Always do your best - No matter how difficult things are, always put in your best effort. This book is a simple guide to living a peaceful and mindful life. It's impactful, and it inspired me to live with greater awareness and less stress. I'll now create a visual representation for it. @3irka.eth
